Ok, here's a question if anyone is listening to this trib:
If Aliens are observing us, why do the abduct our females (specis egg carriers) and then bring them back with 'screen-memories'?
If Aliens are NOT OBSERVING us, then what is their likely agenda?

Re: Why are Aliens observing us? & Are They? If Not Why are they here?
Sat, October 7, 2006 - 6:25 PMI had an online conversation with a guy from SETI about this once. As I recally, my argument went something like this:
Assuming there are aliens, and they are able to cross the vast gulf of space, and they have found our planet, we can make a series of assumptions just from this premise.
First of all, they are obviously more technologically advanced than we are. Given that, there is very little they want from us in terms of technology. If they have ships, they have a steady supply of raw materials and power, so they are not after our planet's mineral wealth. Therefore, what else does our world have that would be interesting / valuable to outsiders?
Our own experience with biology and genetics has shown us that other life forms have unusual properties which can be be put to other uses. The anti-coagulent properties of leeches have been synthesized to clear away blood clots in human arteries. I also recently I heard of a biotech company that was studying sea life from Anarctica and hoped to make a new kind of anti-freeze from the plant's biological processes. In a like fashion, aliens might interested in harvesting human blood and tissues for similar studies.
So why do it in secret? Besides the well-documented hysterical nature of humans, there is also the fact that stress induces biological changes in the human body. A docile human might make a better test subject.
This is how I see it, of course. The truth might be quite different. -

<<Assuming there are aliens, and they are able to cross the vast gulf of space, and they have found our planet, we can make a series of assumptions just from this premise.>>
Yep, I went through that same set of introspection myself, however the behaviroal interaction data (there's lots of it), suggest that they are HERE all the time. Roy Dutton, a UK engineer, who has been studying their patterns of activity using a SQL database program which he wrote and has been importing data since the 1970s, suggests something entirely different. The implication is that they don't travel to here. Dutton won a $50,000 US Dollars prize which was offered by (Robert Bigelow billionaire) NIDS ET research organization for his demonstrated ability to predict when and where a flying saucer would appear. There is much known about alien presence which is not in the general public awareness.
<<A docile human might make a better test subject.>>
The duration of contact suggest that we are not test-subjects.
<<The truth might be quite different. >>
Well said. What ever the truth be, it is likely in-comprehensible to Humankind, something like Charlie-Tuna has no idea about Billy-Bob and his brother aboard their 32 foot cabin-cruiser, the "Playmate 2", all set to reel him in while listening to Madonna on the radio, for dinner. Completely clueless.
